Beautiful North Pole Home
These pictures are from a photoshoot in August of 2023. This home was 1540 square foot and used every bit of space wihtout feeling cluttered. I loved the open kitchen and living space concept. The TV in the front room was playing a disk full of media of the construction process. On the day of the shoot the wind was completely absent, in it's place a glossy mirror finish to the lake surface.

Aerial Photography
Clients can expect ten edited photos with the base aerial photography of buildings package. Roughly with three additional photo per 1000 square foot.
Aerial Videography
Clients can expect a collection of stable color graded videos of not less than two minutes in the base aerial videography of buildings package. Roughly with one additional minute per 1000 square foot.
360 Tour
With the 360 tour package Clients can expect a panorama at the end of each hall, one per small room, and two or more for larger rooms. For distinct features of properties we integrate interactive images. Floor plans can be added for an extra fee, unless floor plans are provided. Exterior tours are weather dependent and should be included in square footage for an accurate estimate.
Photography
With the Photography package Clients can expect thirty edited photos with the base photography package. Roughly with one additional photo per 100 square foot.
Videography
With the Videography package Clients can expect a collection of stable color graded videos of not less than two minutes in the base videography package. Roughly with one additional minute per 1000 square foot
Floor Plans
Floor plans are made to be visually interpreted and should not be held to architecture standards. However, if you would like existing floor plans integrated into a 360 tour, that can be arranged without fee.
Cinematography
This service includes comprehensive editing of videos for commercial production. We include stills, audio, royalty free music, ext. Please inquire for large projects.
